Karl did an outstanding job repairing our front door lock. Other  locksmiths told us it couldn't be fixed and insisted it needed replacement. Karl took the time to diagnose the  problem,  repaired the lock, and got it working perfectly. He saved us the high cost of replacement and clearly knows his craft. I was gardening outside and I was unexpectedly locked out of our house when the sliding back door locked on its own.  The front was locked and the front storm door as well.  Oh no, I had no keys and no phone.  Fortunately my husband came home for lunch and we called Karlock.  Karl was there in no time and fixed the problem so quickly.  I am truly appreciative of his assistance and the speed at which he was able to come to our home and fix the problem.  If you ever need a locksmith, this is the place to call. Other things that are important like knowledgeable, professional, and just easy to work with in communication and service fees.   Do not retire Karl - not yet!  The very best hands down.
